Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Here's exactly what happens after you place an order.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are usually packed and handed to the courier within 24 hours. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays go out the next working day.

Delivery time

• Metros — 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.
• Other cities and towns — 4 to 7 working days.
• Remote PIN codes — up to 10 working days.

These are the courier's estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, festival rush and local restrictions can add a day or two.

Charges

Flat ₹60 shipping. Free above ₹1,499. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.

Tracking

Once your parcel is handed over, we send the courier name and tracking number to the phone number or email you gave at checkout. Keep your order number handy — it looks like VK-20260725-8F3K and appears on your confirmation page.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on most PIN codes. Please keep the exact amount ready; delivery agents often can't return change. If COD isn't available where you are, the option simply won't appear at checkout.

Address and availability

Please double-check your address and PIN code before paying. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available after the courier's attempts, we'll contact you to arrange a re-send. Re-shipping charges may apply.

When your parcel arrives

Check the packet for damage before accepting it. If the outer packaging is torn or opened, refuse the delivery and tell us the same day — we'll replace the order.

Delays

If your parcel hasn't moved for several days, or the promised date has passed, message or call us with your order number and we'll chase the courier ourselves.
